0tH License (Proprietary, Free-to-Use)

1. Grant of Use

The author grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 0tH free of charge (“Free to Use”).

The user may download and execute the software without limitations for personal or professional purposes.

2. Restrictions

The user is NOT permitted to:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, alter, or create derivative works of any kind
  • Fork, port, clone, or otherwise reimplement 0tH based on its code, structure, output, or behavior
  • Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or structural analysis of the software
  • Remove or alter any copyright notice or reference to the author
  • Use 0tH as the basis for competing products or services

3. Redistribution

Redistribution of the software is allowed only under all the following conditions:

  1. The redistributed file must be the original, unmodified binary as released by the author
  2. This license text must be included in full
  3. The software itself may not be sold, monetized, bundled, or included in any paid product or distribution. Using 0tH as a tool in professional work is permitted.
  4. Repackaging, renaming, altering, or distributing modified versions is strictly forbidden

Redistribution of reports, screenshots, output, or analyses generated with 0tH is always permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

0tH is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of its author, Gabriele Biondo.

No ownership, rights, or title are transferred to the user.

5. No Warranty / Liability

0tH is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The author is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software
  • Any analysis, exploit, or penetration test performed with 0tH
  • Outcomes of reverse engineering performed by the user on third-party software (e.g., “your mother-in-law’s WhatsApp”)

Use of 0tH is entirely at the user’s own risk.

6. Termination

Any violation of this license results in the automatic revocation of the right to use the software.

The author may revoke the license at any time.
