Privacy Policy¶

Zero the Hero (“0tH”) is a personal software project.

The only data collected are email addresses submitted to join Segment 0.
Data are stored in encrypted form and used exclusively to:

Manage your subscription and confirmation
Send you requested downloads (0tH, Mach-O-Nomicon)
Notify you of project updates

Data Retention¶

Pending subscriptions are deleted after 12 months
Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe
Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as hashed entries (to prevent re-registration)

Unsubscribe¶

You can unsubscribe at any time:

By clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or
By sending an email with subject or body “UNSUBSCRIBE” to privacy@zero-the-hero.run

Once unsubscribed:

Your status is set to unsubscribed
You will no longer receive any communication
Your email address is kept only as a hashed entry to prevent accidental or malicious re-registration

Your Rights¶

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data at any time.

0tH and its related materials are provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind.
The maintainer of this project is not liable for any damages resulting from their use.

Downloads (such as 0tH or the Mach-O-Nomicon) are delivered via expiring links (24h, single-use) and intended for personal use only.
